Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy aims to organize the process of canceling registration and refunding tuition fees while ensuring the rights of both the company and the student are preserved.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Before the start of the course:

  1. Cancellation 21 days or more before the start date:
    The student is entitled to a 90% refund of the paid tuition fee (excluding the registration fee).
  2. Cancellation between 14 and 21 days before the start date:
    The student is entitled to an 80% refund of the paid tuition fee (excluding the registration fee).
  3. Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the start date:
    The student is entitled to a 60% refund of the paid tuition fee (excluding the registration fee).
  4. Cancellation less than 7 days before the start date:
    No refund will be issued for the paid tuition fee, excluding the registration fee.

After the start of the course:

No refunds will be issued for tuition fees after the course has started.

Non-refundable registration fees:

In cases where the registration fee is non-refundable, students may use this fee to register for another session within a year. The balance must be paid to complete the registration.

Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, the student must visit one of the branches or submit an online request, providing a reason for cancellation.

Exceptions

If the student’s service was affected by a company staff member, the student retains the right to request a refund of the registration fee.
